Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email, company name and a password hash.
• Workspace content: documents, answers, questionnaires and exports you add. We process these only to provide the service to you, as your processor. See Security for how they're protected.
• Usage counts: daily aggregate counts of events (for example "demo viewed") with a coarse source label. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• Security logs: actions in your workspace with a keyed hash of the IP address (not the address itself).
• Payments: handled by Polar, our merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and your email.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
• We don't use your content to train AI models or send it to AI providers.
• We don't read your workspace content, except when you ask for support and give us permission.

Retention

Questionnaires and exports are deleted after your configured inactivity period (90 days by default). Documents and answers stay until you delete them. Deleting your workspace removes all content and your login. Aggregate counts and security logs without content may be kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can access, export (via the app), correct and delete your data at any time. For any privacy request, including under GDPR, UK GDPR, POPIA or CCPA, email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
