The service

Citelode is software that helps you draft answers to security questionnaires from your own documents and approved answers, and export them. It is a drafting and organisation tool. It doesn't provide legal, compliance or security advice, audits or certifications.

Your responsibility for answers

You are responsible for reviewing and approving every answer you send to a third party. Citelode is designed not to draft claims that are absent from your sources, but it can't verify that your sources are true or current. Don't approve answers you know to be inaccurate.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Don't upload content you have no right to use.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. A one-time Questionnaire Rescue unlocks one questionnaire. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your receipt email. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases: email us. Refunded questionnaires are locked again.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other workspaces, overload the service, reverse-engineer it to bypass payment, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee of outcome

We don't guarantee that any deal will close or that any buyer will accept your answers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The service is provided "as is".
